Welcome to undb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the undb cloud service. By accessing or using undb, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use undb.
2. Service Description
undb is a database management platform that provides a hosted undb instance to help users manage their data locally or in the cloud. undb offers both free and paid services. Paid services may impose usage limits, including but not limited to data storage capacity and OpenAPI request frequency. By default, user data is private unless explicitly shared or made public by the user. Users are responsible for ensuring the security and legality of their data.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use undb in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not:
- Upload, store, or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the platform’s operations or attempt unauthorized access.
- Abuse API resources or attempt to bypass usage limits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any actions taken under your account.
4. Service Limits
Both free and paid users may face service limits. Paid users may have specific limitations on data storage and API request frequency. undb reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate services at any time, particularly if users violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the undb platform remain with undb. Any content uploaded by users remains the property of the user. undb will not claim ownership of your data. However, by using the platform, you grant undb a license to reasonably use your data for providing the service. undb will not access, use, or disclose your data without your consent.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
undb uses Stripe to handle all payment transactions. All payments processed by Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. Users must ensure that their account and payment information is accurate. In case of payment issues, please contact undb support.
7. Termination of Service
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it or by contacting undb support. undb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. Once an account is terminated, undb is not obligated to recover or restore any deleted data.
8. Dispute Resolution
